Orders take up to 2 weeks to ship, depending on the order. Each order and item is different. Some items can ship same day, while other orders take a bit longer. I try to ship them out as fast as I can while still providing the highest quality in products.

Some items take longer to make or customize. So, that is why some items take longer than others.

I will email you within 48hrs, if your photo is not clear enough for the work being done. If you do not respond and send a more clear photo within 48hrs of my email, I will need to cancel your order and refund you.

I will no accept returns or exchanges for customized/personalized items, unless it was a mistake on my part. So, please make sure all names and messages have correct spelling. As that is what I will be using.

Email me for bulk orders of 10 or more of the same item. I discount for 10 or more of the same item.
